Position Title: Account Manager, E-Commerce Merchandising & Fulfillment

Category: Full-Time, Regular

Responsible to: Jason Edelen, Senior Director of E-Commerce Merchandising & Fulfillment

Who you are: Threds is looking for an e-commerce account manager who shares our values, wants to join our winning team and is eager to help expand the Threds brand. We are looking for a self-starter who wants to celebrate the company’s successes and is ready to make an immediate impact.

General Responsibilities:

E-Commerce & Customer Service

  • Manage the daily oversight of several e-commerce fulfillment stores

  • Process incoming customer orders in a timely manner

  • Handle customer service interactions by phone and/or email, answering questions, responding to concerns, processing orders and working to give the customer a great experience

  • Monitor product inventory levels daily, work to ensure inventory levels are managed appropriately

  • Monitor customer reviews and respond when appropriate

  • Know the products in your stores (brands, styles, sizing, embellishments, fabrics, etc)

  • Manage clearance sections to assure we are selling through stale product

Account Management

  • Work with our e-commerce clients at the corporate, dealer and franchisee levels, assisting them with any particular requests or needs that arise

  • Oversee projects and reports related to your accounts

  • Know your clients’ unique branding perspectives and how they relate to our programs, work to ensure that our stores reflect their branding at the highest level

  • Be actively involved in product development, curating and developing merchandise that fits our clients’ brand and appeals to its consumers

  • Travel as needed throughout the year to client events, trade shows, retail events, dealer meetings, representing both Threds and our clients with on-site merchandise sales

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree not required, but will be considered in the hiring decision

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast paced customer service environment is a plus

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-team capacity

  • Must possess a competitive, “go getter” attitude

  • Must have strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with the ability to make key decisions

  • 40 wpm + typing skills

  • Experience & proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Any examples that can be provided of your ability here is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is based on relevant experience and education. Health, dental and vision insurance is available to full-time employees after 90 days. Vacation and holiday pay is available to fulltime employees after 6 months.
